Niche.com has recently released its annual rankings of the 100 New Jersey school districts with the best teachers. According to Niche, the best teachers in New Jersey are at West Essex Regional School District in North Caldwell, which also finished in 22nd place nationwide.
The ranking was based on student and parent ratings of teachers, teacher salaries, teacher absenteeism, teacher tenure, student-teacher ratio and the Niche Academics Grade for the district. ...

NJ.com recently released a study of the ten hottest real estate towns in New Jersey. North Jersey communities dominate the list of the most in-demand markets for homebuyers. Using the median sales price, average days on market and average percent of list price received for properties that sold through July, NJ Realtors, the state arm of the National Association of Realtors, ranked the hottest real estate markets in New Jersey this year. The ranking, which gave equal weight to each metric, excluded the areas where no sales had closed.

Short Hills Tops 10 Richest Zip Codes in America
SHORT HILLS, NJ – In a recent ranking of America’s wealthiest zip codes, by New York City based media company Guest of a Guest, Short Hills tops the list. The published ranking is based on data contributed by Business Insider and Find the Best.
GofaG states that nearly seven in 10 households in Short Hills earn more than $150,000 per year. Time magazine published their rankings of the wealthiest zip codes in America in May of 2014, supporting GofaG’s findings that 69.4 percent of households in Short Hills earn more than $150,000. Short Hills ranked No. 1 on the Time magazine list.
